The Graduation Day of Christopher Matriculation Higher Secondary School for the 2015-16 graduates was held on April 24, 2016. Graduation Day is held every year to honor the 10th and 12th standard students who appear for Government examinations . It is an important juncture of their lives where they decide what direction they take with regard to further studies and keeping a career in mind. As their Alma-Mater, we imbibe a spirit of camaraderie among them and bless them as they embark toward the future. This year, we had Mr. David Svensson from Sweden as the chief guest. He had encouraging words for the graduates to unleash their potential in order to achieve great things in what ever field they chose. The graduates took an oath to be responsible citizens and to make their Alma-Mater proud. Supriya of Standard XII and Sumathy of Standard X presented the farewell speeches on behalf of their classes. Samson and Ajitha of standards XII and X respectively, thanked the gathering and the guests. The program concluded with the passing of the light, which is a symbolic representation of how the graduates would be a light in the dark world. The day concluded with dinner for everyone and photograph session of the graduates.
